2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within Pakistan at a flat rate of PKR 200 per order.
- Free Shipping: For orders over PKR 5,000, we provide free standard shipping across Pakistan.
- Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad).
- Other Areas: 5-7 business days, depending on the location and accessibility.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, unforeseen delays, or high order volume.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website using the provided tracking number.
4. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate at the time of order placement. Any errors may cause delays or misdelivery, for which Nordic Herbal International cannot be held responsible.
5. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery
- Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable during the delivery attempts, you may need to arrange for redelivery at an additional charge.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages

- If your order is confirmed as lost, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
