Instructions of SHOP Treatment for Knee, Frozen Shoulder, Ankle, Hip joint

Items required for the treatment:

Two hand towels, cotton roll, crepe bandages, two bowls, water boiler, Sun-Chi Herbal Oil- 50 ml , Sun-Chi Herbal Paste-100ml

1. Hot water treatment:

-Dip half the towel in boiled water, cover the wet half with the other dry half and squeeze it. The hands will become very warm.

-Put the warm hands on the effected body part (shoulder, knee, etc ) two three times until the body starts feeling the warmth of the hands.

-Then take the hot towel and touch it slowly on the body part until the body can tolerate the heat of the towel.

-Repeat this three or four times, with hot water.

2. Massage Method:

Start the massage from hip joint towards the knee, rubbing the two thigh muscles on both sides of the knee one by one. , starting from the knee
Massage the lower part of the leg starting from the knee, over the shin, and the side muscles, downward towards the toes. Repeat this 3 -4 times.
Repeat the same massage on the backside of the Knee, 3-4 times

3. Applying Sun-Chi Paste

Apply thin layer of paste around the massaged body part (knee)
Cover it completely with cotton
Wrap the cotton with crepe bandage.
Keep the bandage for 6 – 8 hours

4.Remove the bandage and cotton

Wash the body part (the leg from hip to the toes) with hot water.
Gently apply Sun-Chi Herbal Oil
Keep the body part (leg) warm

Repeat this SHOP Treatment for 4 weeks every day regularly for best results. In case of any break in the treatment, the procedure will have to be repeated.
